We provide clients with big firm quality representation with the cost-effectiveness of a small firm. Our goal is to provide the best possible results for our clients in the most cost-effective manner. To achieve this goal, we focus on the appropriate means to resolve the conflicts facing our clients. A hard-line approach in litigation may be appropriate in some situations, but a conciliatory approach may work more effectively in others. We are not wed to a “one-size-fits-all” strategy that results only in large bills for legal fees. We also recognize that our clients do not exist in a vacuum — they are part of a larger business community. Therefore, we work hard to salvage the goodwill in each situation rather than engage in “scorched earth” litigation tactics that waste client resources and burn bridges. We are not simply lawyers — we are collaborators with our clients to help their businesses grow and succeed.
