Since 2000, Welter has served as national employment litigation counsel for 7-Eleven, Inc., representing 7-Eleven in the defense of all federal and state employment litigation throughout the United States. The firm also represents 7-Eleven before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state fair employment agencies.


Airgas is the largest American distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases as well as a product line of safety products, welding equipment, specialty tools, and MRO products. The 15,000 employees of Airgas work across 11 regional companies serving customers through an integrated network of 1,100 locations including branches, cylinder fill plants, production facilities, specialty gas laboratories, and regional distribution centers.

Boxwood works exclusively with associations, and currently serves over 1,000 associations in the United States. Boxwood is a division of Naylor LLC.


Cigna Corporation (NYSE: CI) is a global health service company offering solutions such as medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, supplemental benefits, and other related products including group life, accident and disability insurance.
