Robert R. Gillispie is an experienced commercial attorney who has represented Fortune 500 corporations in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts including sale of goods, services and outsourcing arrangements, licenses, leases, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. His practice focuses on commercial transactions incorporating elements of dispute resolution and settlement and advising clients on conventional and alternative financing arrangements.
Mr. Gillispie also has experience in the fields of business immigration, government contracting and food and drug law.
