A federal judge in Phoenix, Arizona, has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to block a new Arizona law that prohibits people from hiring illegal immigrants and requires businesses to verify whether applicants are eligible for employment.  Click here for the article.  The case was dismissed on procedural grounds.  The coalition that filed the lawsuit is considering whether to re-file the case or appeal.

Supreme Court Grants Review In ADA Case; Justice Breyer Recuses Himself
