NY — Nassau County Police Department to pay $450,000 to settle age discrimination lawsuit brought by EEOC on behalf of three charging parties.

WA — Wyndham Hotels to pay $370,000 to settle same-sex teen harassment case brought by EEOC.

NY — First Wireless Group to pay $435,000 to settle suit with EEOC over disparate wages based on national origin and retaliation.

MA — Jury returns verdict in favor of town/employer in sexual harassment suit.  Lawsuit cost town over $400,000 to defend.

AZ — Apollo Group settles religious bias lawsuit with EEOC for $1.89 million.  The lawsuit alleged bias against non-Mormon employees at the company’s University of Phoenix Online division.

CA — Ex-LA Housing Authority executives ordered to repay $528,000.  Jury rejects the executives’ claims against the Housing Authority.
