M. Wilson Stoker to Present at AHRMA Law Day in Texas

Will Present on ADA Accommodation and OFCCP Compliance for Texas Employers

Austin, TX (February 3, 2014) — Welter Law Firm Senior Associate Wilson Stoker will be a presenter at the Austin Human Resource Management Association’s (AHRMA) Law Day on February 27, 2014. Mr. Stoker is Senior Associate and managing attorney of the Texas office for Welter, and has been with the firm since 2006.

Mr. Stoker, Co-VP Legal and Legislative Affairs of AHRMA, helped coordinate the event and will speak about ADA accommodation issues and new OFCCP record-keeping and compliance measures for individuals with disabilities.
