Mr. Stoker is a Senior Associate and has been with the Welter Law Firm since 2006. His practice focuses on all areas of labor and employment law litigation, with particular emphasis on defending employers before federal and state courts and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar state and local agencies. He also provides preventive counseling and training regarding employer policies and procedures. In addition, he has particular experience assisting government contractors with all aspects of affirmative action compliance including developing and maintaining affirmative action plans and defending employers in OFCCP desk and onsite audits.
