Eric A. Welter is an experienced litigator
who has represented national corporations in complex
litigation, including class actions, involving a wide
range of employment law, public accommodations and business
issues. His practice focuses on employment law, including
advising clients on discrimination and reasonable accommodation
issues, handbooks and personnel policies, employment
contracts, and wage and hour laws; and litigation of
discrimination, wage and hour, pension and benefits,
defamation, breach of contract, and noncompete claims
in federal and state court, and before the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor.
Mr. Welter’s practice also includes
representing organizations in commercial litigation
involving breach of contract, franchise disputes, or
trade secret misappropriation cases. |
